Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Lakeshore Talent is in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing Talent Acquisition team in Greenwood Village, CO. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a busy recruiting team by taking on the behind-the-scenes coordination and administrative responsibilities that keep the hiring process moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where processes are actively evolving and being built. The Talent Acquisition team is expanding, creating an opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, improving processes, and becoming a valued partner to a busy recruiting team.
 

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $30–$40/hour, based on experience
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Location: Greenwood Village, CO (DTC) — fully onsite
  • Parking: Available onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate candidate reference checks and initiate background checks
  • Schedule interviews and assist with candidate logistics throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure recruiting records are complete and up to date
  • Assist recruiters with various administrative tasks to allow them to focus on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Manage multiple requests from recruiters and team members, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Support HR-related administrative projects based on experience and skillset
  • Work closely with recruiters and HR team members to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and employee information
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies within the recruiting function
  • Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related administrative support role preferred
  • Experience working with an HRIS or ATS; Dayforce experience is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize competing requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy
  • Friendly, professional communication style with the ability to collaborate comfortably with recruiters, candidates, and internal teams
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability and willingness to work fully onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in Greenwood Village
