Job description

Role:ย Talend Developer

Location: Omaha, NE, onsite

Duration: 6+ month

Note: Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Talend skills. This is not a lead or architect role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, install, and maintain systems, applications, networks, and related processes to meet business objectives.
  • Assess system operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Work with Talend Data Integration modules and related technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Talend Data Integration module.
  • 3+ years of experience in Talend components such as:
    • Talend Studio
    • Data Quality
    • API Designer and Services
    • Big Data Frameworks modules
  • 3+ years of Talend performance tuning experience.
  • 3+ years of Azure or AWS experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Database schema
    • Object-oriented data modeling
    • Machine learning & architecture
    • Data warehouse design
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming and PL-SQL.
  • Experience with REST API integration.
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
  • Experience with source code control tools like GitLab.
  • Experience in CI/CD and DevOps using tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience building and maintaining Talend Big Data (a plus).
  • Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and concepts.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
