Job Title: Talend Developer
Location : Austin, TX.
Full Time (Permanent)
Qualification
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience with DW/BI and ETL tools.
Must have experience on gathering technical requirements and specifications to determine appropriate ETL solutions and architecture
At least 2 years of hands on experience in Design, Development & Build activities in Talend Projects - MUST.
Past experience with AbInitio ETL Tool - MUST
At least 2 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and maintenance projects.
Experience with Unix/Linux environment and scripting
Experience in conducting code reviews and providing guidance to development team
Experience with multiple major RDBM systems, i.e., DB2, Oracle
Strong Knowledge of Dimensional Modelling, DW architecture, ETL Frameworks, Design and Development using Talend, Best Practices and Troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Talend Data Integration tool.
Exposure to Other Talend Product Suites.
Experience with Core Java development is a plus
Experience with Hadoop and big data technology is a plus
Experience with design and implementation of ETL/ELT framework for complex warehouses/marts
Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience in Finance domain
Strong analytical skills
High impact communication
Ability to ramp up in new technologies
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
