They design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target systems, such as databases or data warehouses. Talend developers work with tools like Talend Studio to automate data workflows, ensure data quality, and support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. These challenges can be addressed by leveraging Talend's built-in data transformation and validation components, establishing clear data mapping strategies, and implementing robust error handling routines. Regular collaboration with data architects and source system owners is also crucial to resolve schema discrepancies and optimize data flows.
