Technical Skills:
Data Analysis & Modeling
Strong SQL for querying legacy systems and validating migrations.
Ability to design canonical data models for investor, position, and trade data.
Knowledge of data mapping, transformation rules, and reconciliation techniques. API & Integration Knowledge
Understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and microservices. 
Ability to define API contracts, payload structures, and error handling requirements. 
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, MQ) for real-time trade/event processing. ETL & Data Migration.
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or similar). 
Knowledge of data quality frameworks, lineage, and governance. Agile Tools & Practices 
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation. 
Writing BDD/Gherkin acceptance criteria for automated testing. 
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts for release readiness. Reporting & Analytics 
Ability to define reporting specs for broker-dealer and regulatory outputs.
Understanding of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboards and operational insights. 
Strong Experience in banking/financial services domain (BFSI) is must.
