As Tailor, based in our Beverly Hills boutique, you will bring your unique strengths to the Retail team, helping us deliver impeccable craftsmanship and exceptional service that elevate the ZEGNA client experience.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and Style Advisors to drive meaningful results and shape the way we serve and connect with our clients.

  • Perform precise, high-quality alterations that reflect ZEGNA's tailoring standards and aesthetic.
  • Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings, offering expert guidance on garment construction, styling, and fit.
  • Take full ownership of all garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring excellence in workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage tailoring workload efficiently, maintaining clear communication on timelines, delays, and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the store team to support smooth operations and uphold a premium in-store experience.
