$180,000 - $215,000 base (for a 4-day week). Yes, we pay hourly. You get paid for your time. You get paid for calling Susan back about her cat's cough. You get paid for catching up on those records that usually ruin your dinner plans. Get paid on vacation! We're currently renovating the 8,000 sq. ft. building next door—it’s going to be epic. We’re talking 9 exam rooms, a double surgery suite, and a double dental suite, pickleball court...OK, no pickleball. It's long overdue and it’s going to be legendary!

Lodi is a solid community of 60,000, sitting pretty in the heart of wine, cherry, and almond country. We're 30 minutes south of Sacramento and an hour from the Bay Area, which is close enough to civilization to stay sane but far enough away to breathe. Live in town, commute from the city, or buy your own “Dutton Ranch”. Tahoe, Yosemite, Napa, and San Francisco are all an easy day trip away—meaning you can escape the clinic and still pretend you're an outdoorsy person with world-class hiking, skiing, fishing and boating right on your back doorstep.

We are looking for someone, first and foremost, that will exceed our client’s expectations and treat staff the way they deserve to be treated. New Grads or experienced doctors are welcome.
