Experienced Tag & Title Clerk – Sheehy Toyota of Laurel

Sheehy Toyota of Laurel is seeking an Experienced Tag & Title Clerk to join our high-volume dealership. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to deliver a smooth, compliant customer experience.

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations for all 50 states
  • Prepare used vehicle trade jackets
  • Follow up on titles in transit
  • Communicate with banks and customers to obtain lien releases and trade titles
  • Process wholesale and auction title documentation
  • Maintain tag receivable schedules (aging under 30 days)
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Tag & Title experience
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening
