Overview
**Position contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is looking for a Tactical Operations Lead to drive mission-focused execution at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. This role sits at the center of daily operations-aligning teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring tactical objectives are executed with precision and purpose.
Essential Job Duties
  • Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations across all work areas.
  • Ensuring alignment with TO objectives.
  • Seamless execution of operational activities.
  • Coordinating and managing IT services, system administration, system upgrades, cybersecurity operations, network maintenance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and C5ISR IT.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Possess an active certification in one of the following: PMI Project Management Professional or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing a program of similar scope and complexity to this TO.
