Why This Role Matters

As an Enrollment Coach, you’re not just selling a product—you’re enrolling people in a lifestyle of readiness and accountability. Your background in tactical operations, leadership, or firearms gives you the credibility to connect with our community and help them understand the value of consistent, scenario-based training.
What You’ll Get

  • Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
Realistic earnings: $75K–$100K OTE (Top performers exceed this with uncapped commissions)
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Employee Discounts on merchandise and membership
  • Paid Training in firearms safety, tactics, and simulator systems
  • A Mission You Can Believe In — train with purpose and help others do the same

Schedule

Your Mission

You’ll lead prospective members through high-intensity 90-minute demo sessions, giving them an unforgettable introduction to our training programs, simulator systems, and membership options. Using your tactical credibility and sales instincts, you'll help them say yes to taking control of their safety and skills.
What You’ll Do

  • Host Demos: Lead training tours, guide them through simulations, and close with a tailored membership pitch
  • Follow Up Like a Pro: Reach out to leads via phone, email, or in-person—don’t wait for them to come to you
  • Close the Deal: Identify needs, handle objections, and walk prospects through sign-up and onboarding

  • Own Your Numbers: Hit individual enrollment goals while supporting team success and high standards

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:
  • Firearms or personal defense training experience
  • Strong track record in sales, recruiting, or public-facing roles
  • Ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and lead prospects to a decision
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and team-oriented
  • Excellent at handling objections, building rapport, and working independently
  • Comfortable working in a structured, high-accountability culture
Bonus Points:
  • Prior military, law enforcement, or tactical background
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (ClubReady, Go Highlevel)
