Primary Responsibilities:
2nd shift Warehouse TOC Admin
As the TOC (Tactical Operations Center) Admin, you will support the operations team in improving production processes and maintaining daily business. This includes performing administrative tasks such as maintaining documents, directing incoming calls, providing reports, and supporting a variety of other functions to ensure that the warehouse is providing Core-Mark customers with exceptional service and quality.
  • Pay: $21-$23 Depending on experience
  • 2nd Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 1pm start time.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Administrative duties
  • Delivery creation, and producing accurate delivery notes
  • Read and interpret a lot of information quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Controlling and directing conveyance line traffic
  • Order creation and processing
  • Data entry
  • Creation of Driver Board
  • Operating in a deadline driven environment
  • Monitors engage route picking completion
  • Monitoring employee entrance and allowing/denying access based upon determination
  • Video review for credit processing, etc.
  • Responsible for covering all other shifts in Tactical Operations Center in the event of time off request.
  • Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
1-3 years of administrative experience.
Strong math skills (addition/subtraction/division/multiplication).
Computer proficient with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
Ability to learn programs such as SAP and/or AS400.
Great communication skills via email and phone as role interfaces with internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience a plus
Prior experience with SAP a plus!
OSHA Forklift operator certificate
