Are you passionate about fishing and love helping others gear up for their next big catch? We're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Salesperson to join our team at Gator Jim's Tackle.

About the Role:

As a salesperson in our bait and tackle shop, youโ€™ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on rods, reels, lures, bait, and more. Whether theyโ€™re seasoned anglers or weekend hobbyists, youโ€™ll help them find exactly what they need to hit the water with confidence.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with selecting fishing gear and supplies

  • Offer knowledgeable advice on local fishing conditions and tackle recommendations

  • Stock and organize merchandise

  • Operate the register and handle basic transactions

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment

What Weโ€™re Looking For:
