Do you like clean vehicles, organized spaces, tools that work, and being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps a team rolling? Green Window Cleaning Services, LLC is growing again, and were looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Associate to join our team.
Were a premier window cleaning company specializing in large commercial and residential properties. While were based in Sun Prairie, WI, our crews serve major commercial properties in Madison and Milwaukee, WI; Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN; and throughout the Midwest. Our field teams make the windows shine, and our shop team helps make sure they have everything they need to get the job done.
About the Role

As our Shop Associate, youll help keep our vehicles, equipment, shop, and office areas running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying active, solving small problems, keeping things organized, and taking pride in a job well done.
What Youll Be Doing

Youll help inspect, clean, and maintain the vehicles our teams use every day. This includes making sure vehicles are fueled up, clean, ready to roll, and on schedule for service appointments.
Youll also help repair and perform routine maintenance on company equipment. Damaged equipment will need to be tracked, repaired, or replaced so our crews can work safely and efficiently.
In addition, youll help keep the shop and office areas organized and tidy. Weekly cleaning will be part of the routine, and youll communicate any supply needs to the office staff before we run out of the essentials. Youll also help tackle the daily laundry that comes back from our crews.
Basically, youll be one of the key people making sure the whole operation stays clean, stocked, organized, and moving forward.
What Were Looking For

The right candidate will be dependable, organized, and willing to jump in where needed. You dont need to be a master mechanic, but you should be comfortable using tools, handling basic maintenance tasks, and keeping track of what needs attention.
A valid drivers license is required, since youll be helping with company vehicles, fueling, and service appointments.
Schedule

This is a part-time position, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of adding Friday for the right candidate.
