Fun Environment: We are always dancing, smiling & having lots of fun!Playa Discounts: Free food on each shift and 30% off when not working!Who You Are: The Franchisee Improvement Consultant responsibility is to oversee anassigned area of Playa Bowl locations and will serve as the liaison They will be responsible forsupporting new and existing franchisees/licensees in all aspects of business planning, drivingoperational excellence and the guest experience. They will provide business acumen andfinancial management with effective communication. They will perform all responsibilities withthe utmost dignity and respect while garnering effective relationship via mutual trust andrespect.What Youll Do:Essential Functions:Act as Playa Bowls Brand Ambassador to protect and uphold all PB brand standardsConduct site evaluations with Franchisees/Licensees which fosters improved overall unit level performanceAssess & Analyze the business metrics & operations to understand where theFranchisees / Licensees units are performing relative to PB brand benchmarksProvide written communication to Franchisees / Licensees, in a timely manner regarding visits and evaluationsInfluence franchisees to create and complete action plans to drive the businessMaintain, support, and compliance in the Food Safety and SanitationComplete annual business forecasting and budgets for area of responsibilityWork on new unit openings from onboarding through openings; partnering with New Restaurant Opening teamRollout training for all new products & procedures to the franchiseesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to build strong working relationships with Franchisees & community partnershipsDemonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence Franchisees/ Licensees.Advanced knowledge of consultative approaches and experience guiding leaders to make solid business decisionsStrong business acumen skills with the ability to plan and set clear priorities to achieve business objectivesAbility to work independently and adapted to changing environmentsExcellent communication skills; both written and oral, as well as listening skillsAbility to multi-task, have strong organization skills, and be detail mindedProven ability to manage conflict and change managementPersonality traits include: smart, friendly, outgoing, passion for our business and brands, strong follow up, empathy, and committedWork Conditions:Travel up to 75% as needed or required for restaurant visitation, scheduled meetings, or company functions, otherwise work is completed in a home office settingMust be available to work weekendsWhat Youll Bring:To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all job responsibilitiesand accountabilities.
