About the Role:
As a salesperson in our bait and tackle shop, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on rods, reels, lures, bait, and more. Whether they’re seasoned anglers or weekend hobbyists, you’ll help them find exactly what they need to hit the water with confidence.
What You'll Do:
Assist customers with selecting fishing gear and supplies
Offer knowledgeable advice on local fishing conditions and tackle recommendations
Stock and organize merchandise
Operate the register and handle basic transactions
Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
