Location: US Remote

Reports To: Business Intelligence Supervisor

Salary Range:ย $120,000-$140,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking a BI Developer to join our centralized Data & Analytics team.

This role supports multiple business functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, Sales) by developing Tableau dashboards, responding to ad hoc requests, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strong Tableau developer who can quickly understand new business contexts, manage a variety of requests, and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on dashboard development, stakeholder support, and rapid iteration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support decision-making across multiple business unitsย ย 
  • Work with stakeholders toย scope request,ย gather requirements, clarify needs, and translate business questions into data solutionsย ย 
  • Support a centralized intake and prioritization process, managing multiple requests of varying complexityย ย 
  • Deliver dashboards that are accurate, intuitive, and aligned to business needsย ย 
  • Perform data validation and QA prior to publishing to ensure accuracy and consistencyย ย 
  • Iterate quickly on stakeholder feedback and support ongoing enhancementsย ย 
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define data requirements and resolve data issuesย ย 
  • Contribute to standardization of metrics, definitions, and dashboard best practicesย ย 
  • Provide support and guidance to users to improve adoption and effective use of BI toolsย ย 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant fieldย 
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related roleย ย 
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboard development, calculations, filters, data modeling)ย ย 
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling a variety of requests across different business areasย ย 
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentย ย 
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validationย ย 
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain data clearly to non-technicalย audiencesย ย
