What does this role entail?We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator / IT Support who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and helping teams get the most out of technology. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day administration and optimization of our cloud-based business systems while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
You won’t just maintain systems — you’ll help improve how work gets done.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize core SaaS platforms (CRM, collaboration tools, document management, and business applications).
  • Manage user access, permissions, and licensing to ensure secure and efficient system use.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide responsive user support.
  • Partner with teams to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
  • Configure automation, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Build reports and dashboards that support better decision-making.
  • Maintain data accuracy and promote best practices for system usage.
  • Work directly with software vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Create documentation and training resources to improve adoption.
  • Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues including configuration

  • 5+ years of experience administering SaaS or business applications.
  • Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
