The Floor Lead is tasked with overseeing dealers and the overall action, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly. Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of table games dealing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to lead a gaming floor area without having direct supervisory authority over employees.

Ability to obtain and maintain a license by the appropriate gaming authority. 

  • Lead the opening and closing procedures of a pit area.
  • Maintain the security of the table games by inspecting decks and monitoring all action.
  • Oversee all activity in the pit and report any irregular play to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the table games inventory for opening and closing games.
  • Maintain knowledge of dealer procedures and ensure they are being followed.
