Job description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Table Games Dealer to join our Table Games team located at Riverwind Casino working 3rd shift.
Summary:
Deal casino table games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for all guests and generate revenue for the department.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
  • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
  • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
  • Maintains and promotes professionalism
  • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
  • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Deals assigned table games including roulette, craps, blackjack and other card games
  • Escalates problematic customer issues to the next level supervisor to provide a timely resolution to ensure maximum level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintains security of games and monies by remaining at the assigned table and keeping visual contact with customers, game layout and chip rack at all times
  • Provides instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage gaming activity
  • Coordinates with Casino Operations and Surveillance to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities to ensure game integrity and protection
