Talent Acquisition Specialist, Team Lead
Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 + Bonus Eligible

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, Team Lead to support and drive day-to-day recruiting operations while serving as a key partner to the Talent Acquisition leadership team. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role designed for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling hard-to-fill positions, and is ready to take the next step toward a future leadership or supervisory role.
Reporting directly to the TA Manager, this position will play a critical role in supporting recruitment strategy, execution, team efficiency, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and help mentor and develop recruiting team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Talent Acquisition activities and support overall recruiting operations.
  • Partner closely with the TA Manager to drive hiring initiatives and improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Manage a personal requisition load, with a strong focus on difficult-to-fill and specialized positions within the Evolution business.
  • Serve as a backup to the TA Manager, ensuring seamless execution of recruiting processes and priorities.
  • Participate in regular one-on-one meetings and strategic planning discussions with leadership.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to a team of 4 direct reports.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, workflow effectiveness, and candidate experience to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 2-3 years of team lead, lead recruiter, or recruiting leadership experience.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment within high-volume and specialized recruiting environments.
  • Strong ability to balance leadership responsibilities while maintaining an active requisition workload.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting recruiting team members.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting within Power Generation, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Electric Fracturing industries.
  • Background supporting technical, operational, or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
