The TA Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our workforce. This position is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process across the organization, including sourcing, attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. As a strategic partner to the business, the TA Manager will design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and support current and long-term growth.
HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:
  • Select, coach, develop, and retain a local team. Beyond the local team, ensure all parties involved in the recruiting and selection process have clear goals and accountabilities and delivers against recruiting KPIs and hiring strategies. Leverage key metrics and trend analysis to evaluate talent acquisition effectiveness, drive clear reporting, and enhance the overall performance in supporting the business. Partner with hiring leaders, and senior management to take action to improve based on metrics/trends.
  • Formulate and oversee advanced talent acquisition programs, activities, operational processes, and budget that attract optimal and diverse talent from a broad range of sources. Design and implement local and national creative sourcing and recruiting solutions and initiatives, representing best practices and innovation, from initial requisition, onboarding, reporting, and candidate experience. Ensure all talent acquisition programs are formulated and conducted in accordance with company culture, policies, applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Formulate and enhance the employment brand for Team Car Care to ensure we are the "Employer of Choice" for culturally aligned talent. Implement robust and effective marketing strategies to include career site, job board ads, social media channels, professional and community networks, campus relations, job fairs/events, sourcing outreach, and event collateral to reach a diverse audience, fill critical vacancies and build organizational capability.
  • Explore inventive approaches utilizing technology and tools to improve proactive recruitment, screening, and the hiring process for qualified candidates
  • Any other job duties as assigned

UNDER THE HOOD - WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5+ years' proven prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, with 3+ years' experience as a direct manager of people, preferably leading Recruiting team members
  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field, or equivalent field experience
  • Experienced knowledge of best-in-class interviewing methods, selection techniques and TA methods
  • Proven track record in effectively guiding Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams through complete hiring and onboarding processes
  • Successful experience with high-volume, non-exempt, multi-site, retail recruiting
  • A proven team leader and strategic thinker with the ability to build strong stakeholder partnerships
  • Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different operational and corporate roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Proficient in the use of professional social media platforms and online job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and able to multitask
  • Experience leading talent acquisition teams in the automotive service industry a plus
  • Familiarity with legal statutes pertaining to employment, labor, and compliance regulations
