Requirements
Core Responsibilities
โ€ข Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.
โ€ข Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.
โ€ข Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.
โ€ข Coordinate with operations and field personnel.
โ€ข Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.
โ€ข Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.
โ€ข Support project handoff and startup activities.
โ€ข Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.
โ€ข Analyze project profitability and cost trends.
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Experience & Physical Requirements
โ€ข Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles.
โ€ข ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
โ€ข Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
โ€ข Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications.
