Title: T1/T2 Help Desk / Technical Support

Employment Type: 3 month contract to Full Time Permanent

Location: Fully onsite Mon - Fri in Boston, MA (Fenway-Kenmore area)

Schedule: No on-call rotation or off hours work

Description: Help Desk / Technical Support role focused on troubleshooting escalated issues, supporting IT infrastructure, and delivering end-user support across multiple channels (phone, email, walk-up, web). Deliver high-quality first- and second-line support via phone, email, walk-up, and web form.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or similar roles
  • Remote Monitoring (RMM tools): ManageEngine, Intune, ConnectWise, etc
  • Ticketing Systems: ConnectWise, Jira or Zendesk
  • Networking: familiarity with DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and related concepts
  • Active Directory and Windows environment support
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certifications (Highly Preferred)
