Job Summary:

The Account Managers (Raising Canes), pay band 12,  is responsible for providing project management services within the Raising Canes team. Account Managers act as a liaison between clients, outside  vendors, and cross-functional departments to coordinate efficient and timely order processing. Account Managers are client-facing and deliver multifaceted services to a small number of client accounts. This position may require travel and a flexible schedule as needed. Demonstrates strong adaptability and creative problemsolving under general supervision. Brings prior project management experience handling multiple clients or concurrent projects. Foodservice industry experience and knowledge of MEP/construction requirements are a plus. Performs Account Coordinator duties and advanced administrative tasks accurately with minimal oversight. Communicates effectively with team members at all levels and manages client and crossfunctional communications to ensure project success. Possesses working knowledge of contracts, service agreements, accounting concepts, and credit processes. Able to complete floorplan takeoffs, prepare quotes, and incorporate fabrication estimates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Management
• Manage client needs and project details; build relationships on an on-going basis
• Monitor account statuses and escalate issues for brands, clients, and projects
• Develop and define project plans and scopes
• Communicate project details and updates to clients
• Prepare projects for shipment (site readiness, final pay, client/vendor confirmation); communicate with onsite contacts as needed and confirm delivery statuses
• Provide support to installation and job site management
• Identify new business opportunities with clients
• Respond to client and cross-functional department questions or requests

Process Management
• Perform advanced administrative tasks within account services/project management
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Complete inventory management
• Coordinate specification development for fabrication or distributed items
• Review architectural and foodservice drawings for accuracy and submit to clients
• Collaborate on project plans and provide ideas for improvement
• Perform other tasks to support client accounts as needed

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum - High School or GED 
  • Minimum - 3- 5 years related experience and/or training

Position Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using a variety of software programs, such as SyteLine, AutoQuotes, and Fortis
• Possesses prior account and/or project management experience
• Knowledge of foodservice industry standards and equipment
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and credit processes
• Ability to read architectural and foodservice drawings
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements for drawings and kitchen floorplans
• Advanced communication skills; speaks and writes thoughtfully; demonstrates active listening
• Interpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentiality
• Detail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Organized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
