Job description

Duties May Include:

Translate service-directed training requirements into network and signal planning inputs; integrate with UJTML/JMETs and joint cyber/signal doctrine

Identify capability gaps and communicate white-cell requirements to lead signal planners at least 90 days prior to execution

Support four planning conferences and three COMMEX events leading up to exercise execution

Establish and maintain network connections; manage AIS and IP-based LAN assets during execution

Develop the Master Net List, validate spectrum requests, coordinate COMSEC and radio/SATCOM requirements with the MIARNG G6 Spectrum Manager

Manage cyber and signal scenario injects, including MSEL support and battlefield SA/cyber threat injects

Advise Northern Strike leadership on communications architecture, spectrum supportability, and mission command systems

Collect lessons learned, support the Signal After-Action Report, and produce post-exercise whitepapers

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience within the last five years supporting Mission Command at Brigade level or higher

Experience in a Brigade or higher S6 section; producing signal reports and providing signal support

Experience with ACAS, JIST, military communications planning, network operations, and spectrummanagement

Current Security+ certification required

Active Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications:

Prior Northern Strike, JNTC, or comparable large-scale joint exercise support experience

Experience with cyber/signal scenario management and MSEL integration
