Job description

The IT Manager leads automation initiatives and systems development across our technology landscape with hands-on experience with Jira workflows, BPM platforms, and OutSystems, with strong development capabilities in .NET and cloud operations in AWS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage automation projects using Jira, BPM tools, and OutSystems to streamline business processes.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and integrations using .NET technologies.
Ensure robust and scalable cloud infrastructure management within AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement technical solutions.
Maintain high standards of system performance, security, and reliability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management with a focus on automation and systems development.
Strong proficiency in Jira (workflow automation), BPM platforms, and OutSystems.
Solid development background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
