What You Will Do

  • Prepare, review, and process reservation and closing document packages for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter and maintain loan and buyer data in the company's loan servicing system
  • Support Sales Executives and the Regional Sales Manager with file status
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes


What You Bring

  • 2 or more years of administrative experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working through a high volume of files without losing accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with loan origination or servicing software is a plus
