Job description

Preferred candidate will be located in Kennesaw, GA, Dallas, TX or Riverwoods, IL.


As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will engage in advanced system analysis and work closely with stakeholders to drive improvements in our IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for significant contributions to project goals and system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and optimized performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of system requirements and enhancements.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain complex documentation for system functionality.
  • Oversee and conduct user and system testing with general supervision.
  • Develop advanced user manuals and training programs.
  • Manage database maintenance and updates independently.
  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules and milestones.
  • Provide expert-level system troubleshooting and user support.
  • Analyze feedback and data to suggest and implement process changes.
  • Deliver detailed presentations and reports to senior stakeholders.


Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in a systems analyst role working with customer facing platforms
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in comprehensive requirements and system analysis. Experiencewith API testing tools such asPostman is required.
