Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W. Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.

This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Systems Analyst Senior Advisor is responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
  • Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs.
  • Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
  • Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
  • Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.
  • Coordinates integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensures effective monitoring of systems.
  • Defines development strategy, standards and support tools.
  • Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related.
  • Eight (8) years in any occupation with experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases.

Experience Requirements:

  • Eight (8) years in any occupation with experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases must include:
  • Cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including data storage and processing services;
  • AWS Redshift and Snowflake including various data platforms and engineering systems to manage and define requirements for business projects;
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and profiling against Redshift, Hive, Snowflake, and Teradata;
  • Reporting and Analytics Tools including Power BI, Tableau;
  • and Data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance.

Alternate Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related, and six (6) years in any occupation with experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases. Must have skills listed above.
