Job description

Gritter Francona is looking for a Site Lead to lead and manage operational support for a large-scale, multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.
  • Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.

Core Competencies:

  • Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships across organizations (client, vendor, and internally) to ensure seamless management of deployment activities.
  • Develop deep knowledge of client's practices, policies, and processes to effectively carryout activities within the role's purview.
  • Support the preparation of deliverables such as data analysis, slide decks, written materials, and other documentation to inform decision-making and drive progress.
  • Document and escalate patient safety issues that arise during or post-deployment activities through proper channels for timely adjudication and resolution.
  • Coordinate and support triage efforts, including events, forums, and incident management workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Previous project management experience
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows preferred
  • Previous Oracle EHR exposure HIGHLY PREFERRED
