Job description

BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (2 positions offered) to analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional/technical specifications; Work with stakeholders to elicit, document and manage requirements; Create business process maps, data flow diagrams and user stories; Analyze, configure and test business information management systems and enterprise applications; Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities; Develop and run queries/reports using SQL/BI tools to validate data and support analytics and dashboards; Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and change management; Prepare user documentation and training materials; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering and quality assurance) to ensure solutions meet business objectives and usability standards. Require: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a closely related field with two years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer/Developer, Programmer/Analyst, Programmer or Consultant. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. Extensive travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites for assignments of various unanticipated duration within the US is required.
