4.       Well versed on functional and non-functional specification creation as design.
5.       Some good operational competency, in this requirement they are also looking for a person who can handle 20% of infrastructure work.
6.       Average ides of Capital market.
7.       If Tibco business works or EMS understanding that would be an added advantage for us.
