Most teams use ticketing systems to prioritize incoming issues, but also schedule regular maintenance windows to minimize disruptions. Being adaptable and good at multitasking is crucial, as the work environment often requires swift shifts between proactive and reactive responsibilities. Collaboration with IT support, security teams, and management is common to ensure both immediate response and long-term network health.
