Summary:
Results-driven IT professional supporting the Director of Technology Operations and Business Efficiency in maintaining and optimizing enterprise infrastructure. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver continuous improvement initiatives within Business Technology. Highly organized and efficient, with strong communication skills and a track record of delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support IT projects and infrastructure improvements under the guidance of senior team members
  • Follow established IT change management processes and document completed work
  • Provide updates on assigned tasks, project progress, and outstanding issues
  • Participate in daily team meetings and operational reviews
  • Assist with gathering requirements, obtaining vendor quotes, and preparing documentation
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for users, systems, and network issues
Network Support, Configuration, and Monitoring
  • Assist with troubleshooting WAN and ISP connectivity issues
  • Install and configure network devices including switches, routers, and wireless access points
  • Support LAN and WAN deployments and upgrades
  • Perform routine firmware updates and network maintenance
  • Assist with VLAN, VPN, and routing configurations
  • Maintain network documentation and inventory records
  • Monitor network performance and alerts
  • Escalate complex network issues to senior administrators
Server, Database, and Cloud Support
  • Monitor and support Windows servers and Microsoft Azure environments
  • Assist with management of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and print services

  • Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
Active Directory amp; Identity Management
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts

Microsoft 365 amp; Email Administration

Microsoft Teams Support
  • Manage Teams users, permissions, and basic policies
