Job description

Who we areAbout Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies-from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups-use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team

The Global Sales Enablement team equips Stripe's go-to-market organization with the tools, content, and systems they need to sell effectively and scale efficiently. We build and maintain custom applications, platforms, and operational infrastructure that power the seller learning experience at Stripe. Where others reach for something off the shelf, we design and build solutions tailored to our sellers.

We move fast, operate with high standards, and care deeply about the people we serve. Our team culture is built on a few core beliefs-that community is our superpower, that innovation is our DNA, and that the best outcomes come from staying curious, solving for the real problem, and being ruthlessly focused on priorities while remaining generous with people.

We're looking for a Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator to join our team and help us keep our tools and platforms running smoothly while contributing to what we build next. This is a foundational role that sits at the heart of how our team operates.

What you'll do

As a Global Sales Enablement Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of Stripe's seller enablement platforms. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support across a variety of tools and as a key collaborator on new builds.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day platform administration

  • Administer and configure enablement and productivity platforms according to business needs, including user provisioning, content management, permissions, and integrations
  • Keep our systems clean, accurate, and up to date across both third-party tools and homegrown applications

Be the team's operational backbone

  • Own and resolve support tickets across enablement platforms, ensuring sellers and internal stakeholders receive timely, high-quality responses
  • Act as the first line of support for technical and access issues, and maintain platform hygiene
  • Handle user management requests from our intake channels quickly and thoroughly

Contribute to our homegrown platform

  • Maintain and contribute to our custom-built enablement platform (HTML, JavaScript, Next.js, DB ORMs, React, Tailwind CSS)
  • Serve as technical backup to the team's full-stack engineer on design and development work
  • Participate in UAT and iterative testing as new capabilities launch

Support our data and reporting strategy

  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and data workflows that the team relies on for reporting, performance visibility, and operational decision-making
  • Work with Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and AI tooling

Identify improvements and build smarter in AI-powered environments

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including building agents or automations to streamline recurring processes
  • Notice what's not working, dig into the "why," and bring forward clear, actionable solutions and drive governance of our agentic workflows
  • Leverage AI to build and maintain knowledge of how systems interact across the enablement stack, with an eye toward efficiency gains

Develop and maintain documentation

  • Keep runbooks, SOPs, technical docs, and user guides current so the team can self-serve and scale
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and controls are in place across all administered platforms

Partner across the organization

  • Work closely with Enablement Program Managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support cross-functional partners with data, testing, and operational tasks
Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a systems administration, technical operations, or related role
  • Experience with system user management and user access provisioning
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or similar
  • Foundational data literacy like reading reports, interpreting and understanding data structures, and running basic queries
Preferred qualifications
  • Curious and collaborative-you dig into root causes, lift others as you go, and give help as freely as you ask for it
  • Background in sales enablement, adult learning, education technology, revenue operations, or a GTM-adjacent environment
  • Experience with sales enablement LMS or CMS platforms such as Skilljar or Highspot
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana or similar project tracking platforms
  • Familiarity with building automations, APIs, scripts, or agents to streamline operational workflows
  • Experience with Google Apps Script
  • Experience building or maintaining homegrown web applications
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and deploying to production environments
  • Experience building modern full-stack technologies using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
