Syntricate Technologies is seeking a System Administrator – VMWare to join their team in Wichita, KS. The role involves administering Windows servers, performing security health checks, and managing VMware systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Experience in administering Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Servers. Windows 2016 server would be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of Microsoft Servers and Server applications
• Windows PowerShell knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Daily checks on Windows 2003/2008R2/2012/2016 servers to monitor the status and the state of the servers
• Install, configure, and administer servers and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Proficient with TCP/IP network protocols.
• Debugging/troubleshooting of OS issues.
• Server/File/Printer Migration experience.
• Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.
• Perform/Recommend timely Patch management as per the Schedule.
• Installing, Configuring and Hardening of Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Servers.
• RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.
