We're looking for a Action OfficerΒ  / Task Manager with experience supporting senior executive-led organizations and managing complex tasking workflows. This role supports a high-visibility Assistant Director-level office within the Intelligence Community. If you're passionate about streamlining operations, ensuring accurate task management, and enabling executive decision-making in a fast-paced, collaborative environment-this opportunity is for you. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support a senior executive-led organization at the Assistant Director level. * Receive, process, and route taskers and coordination requests across multiple vehicles and administrative systems. * Coordinate actions with appropriate elements within the customer space, across the Intelligence Community (IC), and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities. * Ensure staff packages are properly prepared and processed in alignment with organizational requirements. * Prepare training materials and written instructions (playbooks) to guide staff in executing task management processes. * Maintain effective communication with senior leaders and stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate task completion. REQUIREMENTS * TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (required). * Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience, or no degree + 9 years of experience. * Proven experience supporting senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level. * Demonstrated ability to manage and route staff taskers and coordination requests in complex administrative systems. * Strong coordination skills working across the IC, U.S. Government, and private sector entities. * Experience developing training materials and written playbooks for staff processes. * Familiarity with best practices for high-level executive support in the Intelligence Community. * Strong organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
