Job description

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Synertex is seeking an All-Source Analyst (UAM Analysis Support) to work with a Department of Defense client at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides UAM Analysis support; The primary purpose of UAM analysis is to perform triage of alerts received and recommend dismissal or escalation.
  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Remains informed of current trends, lead practices and other news/information that could improve analysis.
  • Conducts initial and reinforcement training and remain current on InT/UAM news, information, and trends as well as related analysis activities.
  • May be required to attend conferences, read news and journals, attend component specific InT/UAM required training, and participate in other InT/UAM value-added training and community events.
  • Identify and recommend new alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, decision-making, capabilities, and processes to improve the accuracy and efficiency of InT analysis, tools, solutions, and program.
