What You’ll Do
  • Guide the Patient Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, providing a calm, professional, and empathetic presence for callers navigating cardiac care.
  • Facilitate Total Inquiry Resolution: Take end-to-end ownership of patient inquiries and messages, ensuring critical information reaches the right hands without getting lost in transition.
  • Coordinate amp; Route with Urgency: Manage a busy multi-line system with sound clinical judgment, ensuring urgent patient needs and emergency inquiries reach Triage Nursing swiftly.
  • Chart amp; Message Precision: Capture thorough, accurate details within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to keep daily clinical workflows running smoothly.
  • Partner Across the Practice: Collaborate closely with front-desk peers, clinical teams, and physicians to maintain a cohesive, efficient operational rhythm.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive patient health information with absolute discretion in full compliance with HIPAA standards.
