About the Role

As a Residential Drain Technician at Radiant, you'll work independently in the field diagnosing and resolving drain issues in customers' homes. You'll be trusted to assess problems, recommend the right solutions, and complete quality repairs while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who's confident working on their own, enjoys troubleshooting, and knows how to clearly explain options to homeowners.
