• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, analyzing medical history and performing specific assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Communicate findings and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, involving them in goal-setting processes to enhance their commitment to recovery.
• Implement treatment protocols proficiently by adapting strategies based on evaluation outcomes, patient progress, and evolving healthcare frameworks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring all healthcare professionals involved are informed about changes to the treatment plan as needed.
• Track and document patient care activities diligently, creating detailed patient records that capture the course of rehabilitation, including initial evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity standards, while maintaining punctuality for scheduled meetings and patient appointments.
• Engage in marketing initiatives within the hospital and community to promote physical therapy services and build relationships with potential referral sources.
• Contribute positively to department goals and comply with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities and serve as a clinical instructor for students when applicable.
• Enhance the overall patient experience by being flexible, adaptable, and responsive to patient needs and feedback.

As a physical therapist at Swift Health Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Our commitment to personalized care ensures that each patient receives targeted interventions that promote recovery and enhance quality of life.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for effective documentation and patient management.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation or a focus on hands-on therapy techniques is advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
