Job Purpose & Scope

The SVP, Treasury Management Product Manager is responsible for strategic leadership, prioritization, commercialization, and performance of Bank OZK’s Treasury Management product portfolio. This role provides leadership across multiple Treasury Management products and initiatives while ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, client-centric, and aligned with the Bank’s Treasury Management and payments strategy.

The role serves as the senior product leader for Treasury Management products, leading product managers and professional staff, setting product management standards, and coordinating across Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal within established governance frameworks.


Essential Job Functions
  1. Leads product portfolio strategy, roadmap prioritization, and lifecycle management across assigned Treasury Management products and capabilities.
  2. Develops and maintains a unified portfolio vision for end-to-end Treasury Management
  3. Leads annual product planning, investment prioritization, and roadmap governance.
  4. Prepares and presents product strategy, business cases, roadmap priorities, and performance reviews to senior leadership and governance forums.
  5. Establishes product management standards, operating procedures, governance practices, and prioritization routines across Treasury Management products.
  6. Provides leadership, direction, and development for product managers and professional staff.
  7. Provides senior product leadership for enterprise initiatives related to payments modernization, vendor strategy, and product governance.
  8. Oversees delivery and operational readiness of receivables products, ensuring scalability and service quality.
  9. Owns product strategy and lifecycle management for payables and disbursement solutions.
  10. Collaborates with clients and Treasury Sales to understand payables workflows, automation needs, and market expectations.
  11. Develops business cases for payables product enhancements, platform investments, and integrations.
  12. Oversees delivery and operational performance of payables solutions, including onboarding, processing, and service support.
  13. Acts as a central product owner coordinating with Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
  14. Balances client experience, operational capacity, and risk considerations in product decisions.
  15. Ensures all treasury management products meet regulatory, compliance, and internal risk management requirements.
  16. Prepares and presents product updates, business cases, and reviews to senior leadership and internal governance forums.
  17. Monitors product adoption, operational metrics, client feedback, and financial performance.
  18. Identifies opportunities for modernization, simplification, and costtoserve optimization.
  19. Serves as the voice of the customer in product prioritization and design decisions.
  20. Supports enterprise initiatives related to payments modernization and vendor strategy.
  21. Owns product requirements and client workflows for ACH origination, wire initiation, payables files, approval workflows, entitlements, limits, lockbox, RDC, ACH debit, posting, reconciliation, and cash application use cases.
  22. Defines standards for file formats, approval flows, entitlement structures, limit requirements, receivables outputs, reconciliation reporting, and integration needs across inbound and outbound treasury workflows.
  23. Leads modernization of receivables and payables workflows, including automation, file-based processing, exception reduction, cash application, and scalable integration capabilities.
  24. Monitors receivables and payables performance metrics, including straight-through processing, manual touch rate, payment and posting exception volume, funds availability cycle time, reconciliation automation, product adoption, and client feedback.
  25. Owns a prioritized product backlog and works with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and client-facing teams to deliver product requirements through structured intake, prioritization, testing, and release readiness.
  26. Develops and manages product business cases, including revenue impact, cost-to-serve, client experience, operational capacity, control impacts, and return on investment.
  27. Defines product-level controls and partners with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Audit to ensure products remain compliant, well-controlled, and scalable.
  28. Maintains product performance reporting, including adoption, volume, revenue contribution, operational quality, exception trends, client feedback, and service-level performance.
  29. Travels on company business as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  6. Strong understanding of end-to-end treasury workflows across receivables, payables, ACH, wire, lockbox, RDC, cash application, reconciliation, entitlements, limits, and client file transmission.
  7. Ability to provide portfolio-level leadership across multiple treasury product domains while maintaining clear prioritization, product controls, and measurable business outcomes.
  8. Ability to use data, KPIs, and financial analysis to guide investment prioritization and measure business impact.
  9. Ability to translate product strategy into roadmap priorities, governance routines, controls, release readiness plans, and post-implementation performance reviews.
  10. Ability to effectively lead, train, mentor, and manage product managers and professional staff.
  11. Ability to travel on company business as necessary.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or commensurate work experience, required.
  2. 6+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, or Product Management experience.
  3. 3+ years of leadership experience managing professional staff.
  4. Experience presenting business cases and product strategy to senior leadership.
  5. Experience leading product portfolios, roadmaps, or large-scale product initiatives.
  6. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks applicable to treasury management products.
  7. Experience developing business cases, product KPIs, executive reporting, or product performance dashboards, preferred.
  8. Must be able to submit to a post offer criminal background check which will include finger printing prior to employment with the Bank.
