Job description

As a Server at our Sushi Restaurant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive customer service and efficient table management. Working within a small, close-knit team, you will handle multiple sections during day and evening shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to formal customer service guidelines. Opportunities for cross-training in management roles may be available depending on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service following formal guidelines
  • Set up tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS
  • Perform cleaning duties to uphold restaurant standards
