Job Description Preparation of probate petitions, etc., for all estate clients and handling of Surrogate's Court filings Marshaling of estate assets for clients (closing of existing accounts; opening of estate accounts, etc.) Preparation of Estate Tax Returns Preparation of judicial and non-judicial accounting for all trusts and estates Software is: Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE 706 and accounting program GEMS 706 and accounting program LexisNexis NY Surrogate's Court Forms programs Competitive salary and excellent benefits. Must have at least 5 years' experience. The position is in-person five days a week
