About the Role

Be the "Big Cheese" on shift! You lead the team and keep everything running smoothly in all departments.

As a Supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well-assigned. You'll also support new crew training, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
  • Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
  • Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
  • Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins.
  • Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Garver).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
  • English language proficiency is needed.

Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

Ian's Garver is open Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm, Friday 11am-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-9pm. Shifts start as early as 8:30am and end as late as 11:30pm. 

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix - evenings and weekend shifts required!
