The Role

We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our second shift team at our Illinois facility. You'll oversee print, mail, bindery, quality control, and warehouse operations on-site, working closely with Management to plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities across personnel, strategic planning, and operations.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily Print, Mail, Manual Fulfillment, and Warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with InfoSend policies and procedures
  • Schedule production to meet deadlines, maximize uptime and productivity, and enforce quality and safety standards
  • Manage postal activities, including metering, postal money downloads, and regulatory compliance
  • Supervise, coach, and schedule staff, and partner with Management on training, cross-training, and development programs
  • Serve as an escalation point for equipment, material, and workflow issues, and lead team meetings on company updates and expectations
  • Manage equipment installations and short- and long-term projects, and oversee inventory of envelopes, inserts, and supplies
  • Perform job sign-offs with full accuracy, documenting defects and reporting performance trends and non-compliance to the Director of Operations
  • Work closely with functional departments and vendors to support operational needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma
  • 2-3 years' experience in a mail print environment
  • Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to process, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work for self and others
  • Ability to find, analyze, and solve problems
  • Ability to make and implement effective decisions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 lbs.)
  • Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
