Location: Tooele, UT 84074

Employment Type: 10-15 hours per week

Schedule: 3 days per week | Flexible Monday through Friday between 12:00 PM-6:00 PM

Compensation: $25-$30 per hour / based on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements

  • Maintain a smoke-free environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable personal transportation required; mileage reimbursement provided for work-related errands.
  • Must be comfortable working in an active household with young children and large dogs.

About Our Family

We are a warm, hardworking family of three (plus our two lovable dogs!) in a wonderfully full season of life. Our home is filled with laughter, activity, and the joyful energy that comes with raising a young child, while also sharing our space with our parents as they temporarily live with us. It's a lively household with plenty of moving pieces, but we genuinely love having a home that's full of life. More than anything, we're intentional about creating a space that feels welcoming, organized, and thoughtfully cared for-a place where everyone can relax and enjoy being together.

Like many busy families, our days are often pulled in different directions, and we've reached a point where we recognize we need dedicated support managing the household itself. We're not simply looking for someone to help with tasks-we're hoping to find a proactive household partner who genuinely enjoys creating order behind the scenes. Someone who notices what's needed, takes initiative, and helps keep our home running smoothly without needing constant direction.

Whether it's staying ahead of laundry, organizing growing toddler clothes, keeping household supplies stocked, preparing dinner, or making sure the little details don't fall through the cracks, we're looking for someone who finds satisfaction in taking ownership of the work that makes everyday family life easier.

Our home is relaxed, welcoming, and down-to-earth. We value reliability, kindness, initiative, and people who naturally follow through on what they say they'll do. If you love children and dogs, enjoy creating calm through organization, and take genuine pride in helping a household run smoothly, we think you'll feel right at home here. Our hope is to build a long-term relationship with someone who becomes a trusted, dependable part of our family's support system for years to come.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The right person for this role is someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, bringing calm to busy households, and taking pride in the work that often goes unseen. You're proactive by nature, noticing what needs attention without waiting to be asked and finding satisfaction in completing tasks thoroughly rather than simply checking them off a list. You don't just help maintain a home-you help it function better.

You naturally take ownership of your responsibilities and enjoy building routines and systems that make everyday life easier. Whether it's staying ahead of laundry, keeping household supplies stocked, organizing growing toddler clothes, preparing dinner, or making sure the small details don't slip through the cracks, you're someone who consistently thinks a step ahead. You understand that it's often the little things, done well and consistently, that make the biggest difference to a family's daily life.

Just as importantly, you're someone who brings a warm, steady presence into the home. You're kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with while maintaining healthy professional boundaries. You understand how to blend into the rhythm of a household-jumping in where needed, respecting family time, and quietly helping everything run more smoothly behind the scenes. You're comfortable in a lively environment, enjoy being around children and dogs, and aren't fazed by the natural ebb and flow of a busy family home.
