Job description

This at-will position is responsible for managing the daily activities in the ProdataKey customer service center. This position is responsible for motivating, coaching, and leading the customer support team to achieve performance goals. This position will support customer requests and employee requests.
Essential Functions:

  • Oversees the work of a team of representatives and supervisors that are responsible for promoting the organization's products or supporting the organization's clients.

  • Develops and administers call center policies governing scheduling, call handling, and customer service.

  • Establishes productivity and quality standards and tracks team performance. Implements plans meant to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performs complex tasks, typically following established processes.

  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

  • Report daily to assigned office location.

  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

  • Experience in performing complex tasks and following established processes.
