Beard Equipment Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Construction, Compact Construction, and Forestry Sales teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation, customers, and sales processes while playing a critical role in helping deals move from quote to delivery.

What You'll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll partner closely with our sales, accounting, and finance teams to ensure equipment sales are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting equipment sales transactions from start to finish
Preparing and processing sales documentation and invoices
Assisting with financing and credit documentation through John Deere Financial
Maintaining accurate customer, invoice, and contract records
Supporting warranty registrations and warranty purchases
Updating and maintaining CRM customer data
Coordinating with Accounting on invoice, tax, and payment inquiries
Processing used equipment inventory purchases
Preparing reports and assisting with special projects
Providing exceptional support to our sales team and customers
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written, phone, and in person)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
