Position Summary:

TYM North America, Inc. located in Rome, Georgia is seeking a skilled and experiences Sales Support Associate to join our Sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to support our sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. This role is a customer-facing role, having daily contact with both internal and external customers. 


Job Function: 

  • Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by processing dealer inquiries and orders and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of TYM products. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. 
  • Create sales orders in SAP System, ensuring accuracy. 
  • Verify legitimacy as to model and term structure. 
  • Function in accordance with established standards and procedures. 
  • Completes other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales support, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with SAP, or another ERP is preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
