As a Sales Support Manager you will provide efficient administrative and business development support to enable order winning and compliance activity.
You will lead a high-performing team and take ownership of core processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the delivery of a consistently high-quality service.
Role Details:
Annual salary up to 37,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus commission ย 
Role based: Hamilton, ML3 0EJ
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
Ensure business development calls are achieved to increase opportunity generation, including your own targets
Provide direct line management and leadership to the Coordinator team, ensuring regular, meaningful monthly one-to-one meetings are conducted to support performance, development, wellbeing, and engagement.
Design, implement and continuously improve administrative processes.ย 
Plan, allocate and monitor administrative work to ensure timely, accurate and customer focussed delivery.
Provide an excellent administrative service that supports order winning and operational activities.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of administrative processes and drive consistent adherence.
Respond to queries and effectively resolve issues, escalating where needed. ย 
Produce accurate and timely reports to support business needs.
