Job description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Manager who will assist in setting and managing team objectives, provide leadership to a team of Sales Analysts and will work with the sales leadership team to thoughtfully execute strategies on improving sales support processes to support sales revenue, risk mitigation and customer experience.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area
  • Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function
  • Lead multiple teams of Treasury Support Associates
  • Partner with Treasury Management Consulting to develop strategies around increasing productivity for support functions and recommend opportunities for process improvement
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of Treasury Management Support to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers as well as interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury Management Support functional area
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring individuals


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Management experience, including overseeing a team in a sales related organization, implementing defined business objectives and executing business development strategies
  • Treasury Management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
