Responsible for leading, managing and executing sales performance and support strategies. Key responsibilities include partnering with market level business leaders to grow the business, implementing tactics to deliver on strategic priorities, assessing current operating models to develop and implement improvement, addressing regulatory requirements, and managing a sales support team.   • Oversee strategic priorities and day-to-day business routines in partnership with market leadership team
  • Manages a team of 10-15 associates in multiple locations and states
  • Develops and mentors talent, including proactive sourcing of candidates
  • Manages inspection and routines of business segment results with market leadership team
  • Creates a world class client experience environment through continuous improvement of internal process and procedures
  • Manages business-level initiatives prescribed by business leaders
